Rebecca Reilly
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and the former apprentice of various famed European chefs, Rebecca Reilly is a well-known author of recipes and articles for food magazines. She’s served as the chef for the cooking segment on WCSH News Center for over 10 years and has hosted her own public television series, New England Kitchen. Jeanne Sauvage is the author of the popular gluten-free baking blog Art of Gluten-Free Baking. She specializes in making gluten-free pasta, and gives lessons on how to make high-quality gluten-free dough.
In July, at the Pantry at Delance in Seattle, Jeanne will be teaching a class called “Pasta, Gnocchi, and Dumplings, Gluten-Free.” The cost to attend will be $70.
